PHOTOCELLS SETTING AND CALIBRATION
Photocells must be both
settled as “max”
on the opposite side of their
connector, instead on the side of their connector they have a different setting.
On the side of its connector the lower photocell must be s
ettled as “D”, the
high must be settled as “L” as indicated by pictures
below.
Photocells calibration determinate the alignment position, to calibrate them
machine must be stabilized, closed and aligned.
Machine perfectly aligned condition must be achieved looking at the following
conditions:

Same distance on both sides between the second boom and the
outriggers 1 and 3 lifted completely up
-
“ROTAT A” and “ROTAT B” on INPUT menu reading 180°±1°
-
Alignment yellow arrows perfectly aligned
Those conditions must be all verified at the same time.
With machine perfectly closed and aligned, and nobody into the basket, the
photocells position must be registered on their reflector by their regulation
eyelets (horizontal and vertical), their beam must point exactly the reflector
centre.
