4. The power/hilow cable (A) is firmly connected to its receptacle on the
control box, and the routing to the control lockout box shows no visible
damage (see figure 2-22 on page 2-30).

Plug the cable firmly into its receptacle, or replace the damaged
cable if necessary.
This solves the problem.
