Auto range upper limits are intended primarily for
SYST:RCM MULT support. For voltage and current,
the upper limit is controlled by the compliance range
and, therefore, is available only as a query. When
autoranging is disabled, you can manually program
the unit for any range above the upper limit (ohms
only).
