14.4 Setup Procedure
Use the following procedure to ensure smooth equipment setup.

Details
Check item
PC LOADER operation

Run the motor
independently
to ensure that it
is running
normally.
•
Perform manual
operation [JOG], and
ensure that the
equipment functions as
instructed.
Select [Test Operation]
→
[Manual Operation].
Verify the operation waveform with a real-time trace.

Ch1: Command speed (analog)
Ch2: Feedback speed (analog)
Ch3: Command torque (analog)
Ch4: Motor current (analog)

Connect to the
host controller
and perform an
operation
check to
ensure that the
sequence
program is
normal.
•
Perform an I/O check.
•
Perform OUT forced
output/forced pulse
output if required.
Check the monitor I/O monitor.
•
Issue a command from
the host, and ensure
that the equipment
functions as instructed.
Check the command pulse frequency and input
cumulative pulse at the monitor digital monitor.

Equip the
machine with a
motor and run it
to ensure that
the machinery
is running
normally.
•
Run the motor in its
final form, and ensure
that there are no
abnormalities.
Verify the operation waveform with a real-time trace.
