0 will be used in all internal processing.

Configure GSV flow measurement
The gas standard volume (GSV) flow measurement parameters control how volume flow is
measured and reported in a gas application.
Restriction
You cannot implement both liquid volume flow and gas standard volume flow at the same time.
Choose one or the other.
