4.6 regolazione posizionamento racle
Per ottenere una buona stesura della vernice sul pan-
nello è necessario lavorare con le racle A ed E acco-
state ai relativi rulli, applicatore B e dosatore C.
- Agire sul volantino D in senso antiorario per accosta-
re la racla A al rullo dosatore C.
- Agire sul volantino D in senso orario per sollevare la
racla dal rullo.
- Agire sul volantino F in senso antiorario per accosta-
re la racla E al rullo applicatore B.
- Agire sul volantino F in senso orario per sollevare la
racla dal rullo.
evitare accuratamente di lasciare la racla appog-
giata al rullo applicatore quando questo non è in
rotazione,perchè in breve tempo la gomma viene
incisa. inoltre è buona norma sollevare la racla
quando la macchina non è in produzione.
4.6 scraper positioning
To evenly coat the workpiece, the scrapers (A and B)
must be brought up to the respective applicator and
doctor rollers (B and C).
- Turn the handwheel (D) anti-clockwise to bring the
scraper (A) up to the applicator roller (C).
- Turn the handwheel (D) clockwise to lift the scraper
away from the roller.
- Turn the handwheel (F) anti-clockwise to bring the
scraper (E) up to the applicator roller (B).
- Turn the handwheel (F) clockwise to lift the scraper
away from the roller.
do not allow the scraper to rest on the applicator
roller when the latter is stationary as the rubber
coating may be cut or scratched. it is therefore
good practice to raise the scraper when the machi-
ne is not in use.
