3.11 LIVELLI DI EMISSIONE SONORA
Rilevamento del rumore medio eseguito in condizioni
operative secondo le norme ISO 11202 - EN31202.
Rumore in lavorazione (valore medio)............ 71 dB(A)
3.12 COLLAUDI E CONTROLLI
Controllare che la tensione indicata su tutti i motori sia
la stessa della rete.
Assicurarsi che il senso di rotazione dei motori sia quel-
lo indicato sulle targhette adesive poste sugli stessi.
Controllare che gli strumenti posti nei volantini di rego-
lazione siano azzerati.
Qualora si riscontrino delle anomalie procedere come
descritto nei capitoli “MESSA A PUNTO”.
Controllare l’efficienza dei dispositivi pneumatici instal-
lati sulla macchina ed assicurarsi che non vi siano per-
dite nel circuito. Eventualmente riparare la parte dan-
neggiata o richiedere la sostituzione del particolare.
3.13 IMPIEGO NON AMMESSO DELLA MACCHINA
Questa macchina non deve essere utilizzata al di fuori
degli schemi di lavorazioni previsti dal Costruttore e
dettagliatamente indicati in questo manuale ed allegati.
3.11 NOISE LEVELS
The measurements of the mean values were taken
with the machine running according to ISO 11202-
EN31202 specifications.
Noise when working (mean value) ................ 71 dB (A)
3.12 CHECK-UP PROCEDURES
Check that the voltage stated on the motor’s rating
plates corresponds to that of the mains supply. Make
sure that the direction of rotation of the motors corre-
sponds to that shown on the stickers attached to them.
Make sure that the dials on the adjustment handwhe-
els are all set to “zero”. In the event of malfunctioning,
refer to the SET-UP PROCEDURES chapter.
Check the air-operated devices on the machine for
efficiency making sure there are no leaks in the air
lines. If necessary, replace the damaged parts or call
in the Service personnel.
3.13 MACHINE TASKS
This machine must only be used for the tasks it was
designed for. These are described in detail in this
manual and supplements.
