(Critical and Severe) and to send these alerts to at least two users.

Titan can be configured to send emails to specified recipients to alert them on system events. 
Setting up email alerts requires configuring:

: The servers on the network to which Titan should email alerts.

: Email profiles allow distribution groups to be created so email 

recipients are properly notified based on alert threshold criteria.
