Select the
EVS
to which the FTP User is added.

Using the drop-down list, select the
FTP Mount Point
to which the FTP user will be
assigned.

Enter the
FTP user name
. Enter
anonymous
or
ftp
for anonymous ftp access.
6.
Enter the
Initial directory for the FTP user.
This is the directory in which the FTP user
starts when logging in over FTP.
7.
To create the path automatically when it does not exist, check the box
Ensure path
exists.
8.
Click
Add FTP Use
r.
To Import A FTP User
1.
From the
Home
page, click
Files Services
. Then, click
FTP Users.
2.
Under the
Import FTP User
heading, enter the file name that contains the user details.
3.
Click
Browse
to search for the filename.
The entries in the filename must follow this pattern:
user_name mount_point initial_directory
For example:
carla Sales /Sales/Documents
miles Sales /Sales
john Marketing /Marketing

Click
Import File.
Import FTP Users
Filename
The filename to import an FTP User. Use the browse… to find the
file name. Then, click Import File.
