When loading a graphic from a computer, the file may be of any resolution. Image
conversion software will automatically resize the image to the output resolution of the
Teranex AV. It’s important to note that this scaling is not done using Teranex algorithms
and the quality will be lower than if the scaling was done internally. If scaling with the
highest quality is important, send the image to the Teranex AV via SDI or HDMI and use
the algorithms in the Teranex AV to scale it internally for the best results.
Factory Reset Menu
Select ‘factory reset’ to restore conversion setup settings to their factory defaults.
The following settings will not be affected:

Presets.
‚
Output video settings, e.g., ‘format, frame, rate’.
‚
Aspect selection; however, any adjustable aspect ratio settings will be reset to
their default values.
‚
Ethernet IP address settings.
In the Teranex AV, all still images stored in the unit will be erased during a factory reset.
Reference Menu Settings
The ‘reference’ menu allows you to synchronize your video output to an input video source or
an external reference. In the Teranex AV, you may also choose its internal reference.
Type Menu
The ‘type’ menu is where you choose the source of your reference.
