The following tables list bit data items, codes, and their meanings.

Control Power ON
Lit when Servopack control power is ON.
Baseblock
Lit for baseblock. Not lit when servo is ON.
Speed Coincidence
Lit when the difference between the motor speed and reference speed is the
same as or less than the value set in Pn503. The standard value set in
Pn503 is 10 r/min.
/TGON
Lit if motor speed exceeds preset value.
Not lit if motor speed is below preset value.
Preset value: Set in Pn502 (20 r/min is factory setting)
Speed Reference
Input
Lit if input speed reference exceeds preset value.
Not lit if input speed reference is below preset value.
Specified value: Set in Pn502 (20 r/min is factory setting)
Torque Reference
Input
Lit if input torque reference exceeds preset value.
Not lit if input torque reference is below preset value.
Preset value: 10% rated torque is standard setting
Power Ready
Lit when main power supply circuit is normal.
Not lit when power is OFF.
