When frequency inverter is running and the output frequency is 0,
the output ON signal. When inverter is in a state of downtime, the
signal is OFF.

When the output frequency of inverter into the set frequency
detection range, output ON signal, see the function code P0.09.

When operation frequency reach to the upper limit frequency,
