Instruction Manual

Thermo Fisher Scientific

The Gas Selection screen is used to select a gas to mix with ozone. Gas D,
E, and F are available if the six gas option is installed. If NONE is selected
the screen reports the new flow mode. The user must press

to accept

and activate these settings. The message “SAVING” is displayed for 3
seconds, then removed.
