set gas gas span conc spanindex value
gas = | a | b | c | d | e | f |
spanindex = span index 0-6 (1-5 reports the span concentration for each
span level and 6 reports the span concentration for manual mode)
value = float
This command sets the target span concentration value for the specified gas
gas and the span level spanindex. The concentration value is in ppb.
Note Changing span concentration may affect allowable limits for gas span
flow. It is advisable to check this setting. ▲
Send: set gas a span conc 1 123.45
Receive: set gas a span conc 1 123.45 ok
gas gas span flow

spanindex = span index 0-6 (0 is for zero flow)
This command reports the target total flow for the specified gas gas and
span level spanindex .

concentration is reported in ppb.
