The intention with the
Service on Demand
module is to optimise the length between service intervals.
The optimisation is found by combining the knowledge of the actual compressor operation, based on
UniSAB III data supervision combined with advanced calculations based on maintenance algorithms.
In the maintenance picture
Service/Maintenance/Maintenance Compr.,
you will find the following
information:
Service counter
The total number of hours this compressor has been running since the last main C service has been
performed.
Main service D (Screw supporting LLC automatic service)
The calculated estimated number of running hours between the two main services D.
If manual service is selected,
Main service D
is set equal to
Service interval D
.
If automatic service is selected,
Main service D
is calculated on the basis of how the compressor has
been operating since last main service, i. e. discharge pressure, suction pressure, rotating speed and
the number of starts/stops.
Next main service D (Screw supporting LLC automatic service)
This is the calculated estimated number of running hours until the compressor needs the next main serv-
ice D.
This service interval is calculated as
Main service D
minus the running hours since last service D.
Next sub-service BA (Screw supporting LLC automatic service)
This is the calculated estimated number of running hours until the compressor needs the next service
BA. If next sub-service BA is scheduled to be performed at the same time as the
Main service
, the sub-
service BA will not be shown. The service BA hour field will be blank, i.e. “–”.
This sub-service interval is calculated as
Main service D/ 2
minus the running hours since last service
BA.
Next sub-service A (Screw supporting LLC automatic service)
This is the calculated estimated number of running hours until the compressor needs the next service A.
If next sub-service A is scheduled to be performed at the same time as the
Main service
or the sub-serv-
ice BA, the sub-service A will not be shown. The service A hour field will be blank, i.e. “–”. This sub-serv-
ice interval is calculated as Main service D / 6 minus the running hours since last service A.
