Port Control

When functioning as an event counter, Timer 0 and 1 count 1-to-0 transitions at their
external input pins, T0 and T1, which can be selected from two different sources, T0_0
and T0_1 for Timer 0, and T1_0 and T1_1 for Timer 1. This selection is performed by the
SFR bits MODPISEL2.T0IS and MODPISEL2.T1IS.
