Setting this bit will cause the chip to enter
power-down mode. It is reset by wake-up circuit.
The PD bit is a protected bit. When the Protection
Scheme (see

Chapter 3.5.4.1

) is activated, this bit

cannot be written directly.

Setting this bit will cause the chip to enter slow-down
mode. It is reset by the user.
