command to configure the fax working mode of the SIP interface.

Check whether the fax transmission parameters are the same as the data plan.

Assume that:

The negotiation mode of the MA5616 is self-switch.

The 10 ms packing function and the RFC2198 intelligent startup function are enabled.

The RFC2198 negotiation mode is fixedstart.

The codec mode of the VBD is G.711A.

The payload type of the VBD is static payload.

The transmission mode of the fax is transparent transmission (thoroughly).
