of the block are used to determine if the block can
achieve the requested target mode. The automatic
modes used in this profile are Auto and RCAS. The
manual modes are LO and Man. In O/S mode, the
normal algorithm is no longer executed.
Actual Mode: Indicates the current mode of operation the block is
able to achieve.
Permitted Mode: Defines the modes which are allowed in this
instance of the block.
Normal Mode: The mode which the block uses during normal
operation conditions.
Alarm Summary
Current State Alarm Sum: The alarm sum of the current alarm state.
Unacknowledged State Alarm
Sum:
The alarm sum of the unacknowledged alarm state.
Unreported Stated Alarm Sum: Unreported State Alarm Sum.
Disabled State Alarm Sum: Disabled State Alarm Sum.
Batch Information
Batch ID: Identifies certain batch to allow assignment of
equipment-related information (e.g. faults, alarms…)
to the batch.
Batch Unit: Identifies the active Control Recipe Unit Procedure
or the related Unit (e.g. reactor, centrifuge, drier).
Batch Operation: Identifies the active Control Recipe Operation.
Batch Phase: Identifies the active Control Recipe Phase.
OUT
Output Value: Process variable in engineering units in AUTO
mode. In MAN and RCAS modes, this is the value
specified by the operator/engineer in LO.
Status (Output): Current status of the Output.
PV_SCALE
Upper Value: Defines the operational upper range value of the
input value (100%) in engineering units.
Lower Value: Defines the operational lower range value of the
input value (0%) in engineering units.
OUT_SCALE
Upper Value: Upper value (Output Signal Range): Upper range
value of the process variable (100%) in engineering
units.
Lower Value: Lower Value (Output Signal Range): Lower range
