Servo PID Tuning
If the SERVO PID needs a manual tuning, the EDD has two options to help on this task:
Servo PID Manual Tuning and Servo PID Step response.
The first option (servo PID manual tuning) will allow to set the transducer block to
manual mode and the user can change the working SP and check the valve response
by analyzing the Working Position values and curve. The curves are capturing by EDD
via communication, and if necessary the gains are also available, and the user can
modify them.
The second option (Servo PID Step response) allow to see more details if compare with
the first option, because different of the servo PID manual tuning the trend is capture
internally by the device giving to us more details.
In both options is possible to export the data to a CSV format file, by selecting any
variable at Export/Editing:
The export button will be enable,
. Clicking over it a window will be open to choose
the file name and the folder where the file will be saved.
