Any function block parameter and any object can be accessed using slot/index. The ICoT
PA has one block in each slot and each block starts at index 16.
Table 8-2
has the
mapping slot x block.
Each block start in the index 16 of the slot it is located. Then to read a specific parameter it
is necessary to get the slot where the function block is located and add 16 in the parameter
relative index.
For instance, the reference for OUT parameter of Analog Output function block is slot 1,
index 53 = 16 (analog output start index) + 37 (OUT relative index).
