Calibration container
The calibration container is used to control the dosing setting of the
machine.
The calibration container must be mounted on the left spreading disc
for the calibration test.
Remove the vanes.
Turn the nuts on the bolts with which the gearbox is mounted back
5 mm on the turning rod.
Push the bolts as far back as possible.
Hook the support behind the heads of the bolts.
Adjust the height of the support. The top end of the support must
be at the same height as the top end of the turning rod.
Fasten the nuts on the bolts again.
Note
Mount the support carefully so that the position of the gearbox does
not change.
Place the calibration container.
Fix the locks between the two halves.
Turn the other spreading disc by hand and listen if the spreading
disc in the calibration container is making contact with the
container.
Turn the lock nut upwards.
Turn the settings knob upwards or downwards until you can hear
that the spreading disc is no longer touching the calibration
container.
Turn the lock nut again.
