TrimFlow
The TrimFlow is used for border spreading from the sprayer tramline.
Attach the pipe with the hinge bushing to the spreader frame:
Mount the magnet to the plate on the pipe.
Put the pipe with the hinge bushing in the spreader frame.
Mount the hinge pin to the frame and the hinge bushings.
Lock the hinge pins on both sides with the securing bolts.
Mount the sensor on the sensor plate.
Mount the plate with the position sensor with the fastening bolt.
The plate must face downwards and the sensor outwards.
See the parts book for correct mounting.
Mount the hydraulic control:
Mount the bracket to the cylinder.
Mount the entire unit on the spreader.
Attach the cylinder fork to the pipe hinge point.
Attach the slotted box to the pipe with the top plate.
Set the slotted box horizontal using the slot holes in the bracket of
the cylinder.
Set the slotted box in the middle of the vane using the slot holes in
the top plate. The distance must be 21.5 mm above and below the
vane.
Allow the hydraulic valve to run for a few seconds to bring the
TrimFlow in working condition and pressurise in the accumulator.
