Hopper extension
A hopper extension increases the load capacity of the spreading
hopper. All edges consist of:
•
2 long sides,
•
2 short sides,
•
4 corner parts,
•
4 caps,
•
fixing material.
For correct use of the fixing materials, see the spare parts manual.
Put a long and short edge on the coaming.
Attach a corner piece with the fixing materials.
Tighten the fixing materials by hand.
Attach the next long side to the coaming.
Attach a corner piece with the fixing materials.
Attach the next short side to the coaming.
Attach the last corner piece with the fixing materials.
Fasten the fixing materials. The torque should be 30-35 Nm.
Put the caps on the corner pieces from the top.
Press the cap until it clicks in position.
Put the reflector stickers on the corner pieces.
All other edges have to be mounted as described above.
