Hopper cover
The hopper cover must be mounted on top of the hopper or hopper
extension to protect the contents against rain and spray water.
Also see the spare parts manual for the correct assembly.
Place the rotation mechanism on the coaming or hopper extension.
The rotation mechanism with the handle must be placed on the left
side.
Fix the lock nut completely onto the locking bolt.
Keep the clamp between the coaming or hopper extension and the
rotation mechanism.
Mount the locking bolt through the correct hole and clamp:
•
the lowest holes are for mounting the hopper,
•
the uppermost holes are for mounting the hopper extension.
Fasten the locking bolt against the coaming or hopper extension.
Turn the lock nut on the locking bolt against the rotation
mechanism.
Put a tube through the opening in the middle of the canvas. The
fastening plates on the outer edges of the tube must always be
turned with the round side facing upwards.
Fit the tube to the rotation gear.
Put the remaining tubes through the openings in the front and back
sides of the hopper cover.
Fit the tube and the hopper cover to the rotation gear. Put the bolt
through the plate on the head of the tube through the hopper cover
as well. Do not forget to fit the elastic!
Fasten the fixing materials. The torque should be 30-35 Nm.
