(3) Put the assembled T link in the position
shown in the figure.
(4) Install the assembled T link and T drawing
arm assy in the chassis while holding the
state in step (5).
Reference
(a) Insert the shaft of the T drawing arm
assy into the shaft of the chassis.
(b) Insert the tip of the T link between both
hooks of the torsion coil spring put in
step (4).
(5) Install the T link using a new E-ring.
(6) Insert a polyslider (2 mm in diameter and 0.5
mm thick)(3-701-437-21), then a torsion coil
spring into the fixing shaft of the T drawing
arm assy and install using a new stop washer
(3-669-465-01).
5. Operation confirmation
Turn the manual eject knob clockwise and
counterclockwise, confirm that the threading and
unthreading are performed smoothly and not to
detach the hook of the torsion coil spring from the
T link.
6. Cleaning
Clean the pinch roller, tape guide, and capstan
shaft with cleaning cloth moistened with cleaning
liquid.
