Message Causes Solutions
"Tray setg. do not match spcfd
siz&typ. Select new tray or use
siz&typ below." The printer driver settings are
incorrect or the tray does not
contain paper of the size or
type selected in the printer
driver. • Check that the printer driver
settings are correct, and
then load paper of the size
selected in the printer driver
into the tray. For details
about how to change the
paper size, see "Changing
the Paper Size", Paper
Specifications and Adding
Paper .
• Select the tray manually to
continue printing, or cancel
a print job. For details about
how to select the tray
manually, or cancel a print
job, see "If an Error Occurs

(A tray name is placed at n.) The size of the paper in the
tray does not match the paper
size specified in the printer
driver. Select a tray containing paper
that is the same size as the
specified paper size.
"Printer font error." An error has occurred in the
font settings. Contact your service
representative.
"Problems with the wireless
board. Please call service."
(A "wireless LAN board" or
"Bluetooth interface unit" is
referred to as a "wireless
board".) • The machine has
detected a Bluetooth
failure although it could
detect a Bluetooth
interface unit.
• The machine has
detected a wireless LAN
board failure.
Check that the Bluetooth interface
unit or wireless LAN board is
installed properly, or contact
your service representative.
"The selected file(s) contained
file(s) without access privileges.
Only file(s) with access
privileges will be deleted." You have tried to delete files
