1.19 UNFUSED CORY IMAGE
- Phenomenon -
Solid image rubs off easily.
- Possible Causes -
1. Nip width is too narrow.
2. Fusing temperature is too low.
3. Thermistor malfunction
- Actions -
1. Adjust the position of the pressure spring in the fusing unit.
Nip width Standard Value:
Center = 3.3 mm
Front
Rear } Deviation between the front and the rear is within 0.3 mm.
