4.9 FEED AND RELAY CLUTCH REPLACEMENT

NOTE: No gap adjustment is required when installing a new paper feed

clutch as the gear is provided as part of the assembly.

1. Remove the rear cover (2 screws).

2. Lower the I/O control board [A] (1 screw).

3. Release the upper limit sensor lever [C].

4. Remove the E ring [D] holding the clutch and disconnect the 2P connec-

tor.

5. Slide the clutch off the shaft and replace it.
