7.4 PRESSURE ROLLER REPLACEMENT

NOTE:

Keep the protective sheet on the pressure roller until the hot roller is

fully installed. Remove the sheet before setting the pressure springs.

1. Remove the hot roller. (See the Hot Roller Replacement section.)

2. Remove the fusing entrance guide [A] (2 screws).

3. Lift both ends of the pressure roller [B] and slide it along with its bushings

[C] out the rear side of the unit.

4. Replace the pressure roller.
