About Write Error
A write error might occur when writing a data by using the optical disk drive due to the operating
environment or characteristics of disk, etc.
NEC assumes no liability for data errors and disk failures due to malfunction of the optical disk
drive.
NEC recommends that you make a back-up copy of your valuable data on the other backup device,
too.
About Replay of Music CD
Note the following when using the factory-installed optical disk drive to replay the music CD.
Windows 7 / Windows XP
Use Windows Media Player. Make sure that [Digital replay] has been checked in [Option]
tab.
Other OS
Consult with your service representative.
Setting Disk
Insert an optical disk into the optical disk drive in the following procedure.
1.
Confirm that the power of the workstation is on (with the POWER/SLEEP lamp being lit
in green) before setting the optical disk on the optical disk drive.
2.
Press the Eject button on the front of the optical disk drive.
The tray comes out a little.
3.
Hold the tray lightly and pull it out toward you until the tray stops.
