5-36    Installing the Operating System with Express Setup

INSTALLING MAINTENANCE UTILITIES

Various maintenance utilities are contained in your NEC EXPRESSBUILDER DVD. See Chapter 6
for installing the utilities to your workstation or management workstations.

UPDATING THE SYSTEM

"Updating the System" is executed by Express Setup automatically.

Execute "Updating the System" in following cases.

Modified system configuration.

„

 

Recovered the system using recovery process.

See "Updating the System" section in Appendix D or E for detail of update process.
