Hot-plug SCSI RAID Drive Configuration
The optional SCSI RAID controller, hot-plug SCSI HDD bay and SCSI cable allow
your server to contain a maximum of six hot-plug SCSI hard disk drives as shown in
the figure below. The hard disk drives installed in the HDD bay are controlled by the
SCSI RAID controller with each of the RAID level of RAID, RAID1 or RAID5.
Also, you can add a new hard disk drive or replace a failed hard disk drive with a new
one without powering down the system.
