NOTE:
If the controller has no translation text of an SPN diagnostic
number, “Text N/A.” will be shown. For information about particular SPN
numbers, please consult the engine manufacturer’s documentation or SAE
J1939-71 for a general description.
Scania KWP 2000
Press the LOG button for 2 seconds. That will display the alarm log. The top line shows
readings of AC values and is not used by the alarm list.
Example:

CLRALL First Last
The Scania KWP 2000 log shows active and passive alarms in a mix.
Use the up
and down
buttons to scroll through the list.

Caterpillar/Perkins
Press the LOG button for 2 seconds. That will display the alarm log. Caterpillar and Perkins
have a secondary DM1 log as well as one DM2 log.

The secondary DM1 log shows alarms from the EMCP 3.x gen-set controller. Similar to the
J1939 protocol, the DM2 log shows the historical alarms. Use the up
and down
buttons
to scroll through the list.
0c: This indicates how many times a specific alarm has occurred.
