The following describes the I/O signal list of the L series master/local module. The "n"
in the table indicates the master/local module's first I/O number of the L series, which is
determined by both the installation position and the module installed before the L
series master/local module.
<Example> When the master/local module's first I/O number of the L series is X/Y30
