open the HS DC CBR first before terminating this program.
Cause:
This message is displayed when the operator tries to exit the BALTO software and the High-
speed DC Circuit Breaker is still connected and in the closed position.
Action:
Open the High-speed DC Circuit Breaker or disconnect the cables from the High-speed DC
Circuit Breaker.
