Several types can be selected :
Linear (Slope, Duration).
Input parameters : di/dt - dt
Linear (Slope, Current).
Input parameters : di/dt - I
Linear (Duration, Current).
Input parameters : dt - I
Exponential (Duration, Current).
Parameters.
The input parameters depend on the selected slope type.
Parameter:
Description:
Unit:
di/dt
The slope used for a linear injection.
A/s
dt
The duration used for a linear injection.
ms
ΔI
The magnitude of the injection.
A
Absolute value
If this is checked, then the current will rise to exactly ‘I’.
Otherwise, ‘I’ + the bias current.
Bias current
The injection starts with a bias current (standard 100 A)
Ʈ
The rate of increase used for an exponential injection.
‘tau’ is the time it takes to reach 63,2% of ‘I’.
ms
Flat Part
The time to hold the final current after the injection.
ms
Principle of measurement.
