B. Guarante
This guarantee is not valid either for the usual wear of the case, the lettering and symbols,
use marks on the screen interface, the installation for non-intended purposes and possible
consequential damages from that, a non-intended use, damages due to the contact with
liquids and sprays, violations of the safety regulations of the device and inattentiveness
during the use.
The software used in this device is tested for virus freedom by the GPSoverIP GmbH.
The GPSeye IN1 offers its owner the possibility to program own applications onto this
software. Possible damages on the function of the device through these third applications
resulting from that (for example damages at the operating system, memory overflow,
change of fixed settings, etc.), are excluded from this guarantee.
The GPSoverIP GmbH assigns in the case of activation of the internet-supported vehicle
location services GPSoverIP and DATAoverIP only the corresponding access and query
codes to the owner. These codes are strictly subjected to the data protection regulations
and are extensively protected against unauthorized access according to the newest state of
the technique. Therefore, this guarantee is definitively not valid for damages which arise
for the owner of the device through own inappropriate transmitting of his access codes.
The used navigation program of the newest generation calculates the optimal route whose
parameters were defined by you before. However, please keep on moving in the traffic
with the necessary overview in order to avoid consequential damages from inattentiveness.
This guarantee does not cover these damages.
The GPSoverIP GmbH does not warrant or represent any guarantee for the correctness
and completeness of the contents of this manual. Changes which are used for the technical
progress of this product will be promptly implemented.
The layout is copyright protected. Reprint and reproduction, of whatever kind, is only
allowed with explicit written permission of the GPSoverIP GmbH.
