20. FAQs on Hard- and Software

Case

Answer

The screen does not ac-

cept input “correctly”.

The screen has to be re-calibrated. Go to the menu item

Screen

in the

System

menu and start a calibration from

there. Follow the instructions.

The screen does not re-

act at all on your in-

puts.

• Turn off the device. Clean the screen with a soft cloth,

e.g. micro fiber. Do not use any liquids or sprays.

• Reset the device. Press the Reset button on the back of

GPSeye IN1.

Do not

press the opening on the front. This would

destroy the built-in microphone.

The screen light turns

off too fast.

Adjust the screen light in the

System

menu, menu item

Select one of the default values or adjust the device

to the option by system, in order to let the internal Power

Management control all necessary operations.
