You may then sign your logbooks (period can be set freely) with a “verification key”.

Afterwards the logbook cannot be changed anymore. Using the verification key the tax

office then has the option to check your tax recordings for that matter.
Note: The tax office has no access to other data, but can check the logbook created by

you by means of the verification number only.

16.13.2.1. Generate Logbook

To generate logbooks open the context menu of the vehicle bar.
