B.1. Guarantee EU and EEC
Our products are subjected to a severe high-quality final check. Should this device not
function contrary to expectations, which can be proven to be caused by manufacturing
defects and that is reported to us immediately after determination and within of
2 years
according to purchase date (Date of the bill), we will repair this defect immediately.
Devices for which a defect removal is demanded have to be freely send to our address
including copy of the original bill from which the purchase date must be clearly seen.
According to choice of the GPSoverIP GmbH, the defect will be eliminated by repairing
or exchanging, either through material or corresponding amount of work. Repairs are
subject to a legal guarantee of 6 months. Repairs may be carried out only from the
GPSoverIP GmbH and their authorized repair places. The warranty claim ceases if repairs
or interventions are carried out on the device by persons who are not authorized for this
purpose.
Please also notice that the inspection of the device is combined with corresponding costs
if it should turn out that it is not defective, but there is an evitable operating error.
