13. Communication

Regarding to the current legalization it may be possible that this function must be

deactivated.
Please note that the GPSeye IN1 offers via its GSM-connection a possibility for “surfing”

in the mobile Internet. However we would like to point out that the main concept of this

device was not designed for this purpose.

You also know that the GSM-networks of the providers may not provide of the same

strength of the signal everywhere. Therefore fluctuations at the transmission of signals

can occur while driving.

Also, therefore please use these functions only when the vehicle stands still and with

sufficient field strength of your provider to ensure a smooth operation, but also, to protect

you and other traffic participants from inattentiveness.
