2. Disclaimer
The GPSeye IN1 is tested and produced with extensive measures. The used components
correspond to the current technical development. The used software contains includes the
best of our knowledge and no known fault elements such as: viruses, trojans, worms, etc.
In the case of using the mobile services GPSoverIP and DATAoverIP, the position data is
transferred via national providers and their roaming partners. The GPSoverIP GmbH can
not be held responsible for variations, failures and troubles in these provider networks.
The GPSoverIP GmbH has no influence on rate changes of the national providers and their
roaming partners. We also expressly refer that we talk about a monthly fixed amount (a
so called Flat rate) which was sufficiently designed only for the correct use of the system
services defined for the device. Additional costs that will exceed this fixed amount due to
unrelated use of the GPSeye IN1 will lead to clear restrictions of the usable options can
result in the disconnection of the services or reduction of the communication.
The technique of GPSoverIP can also work in weak transmission nets as has been
demonstrated, where often a mobile reception is not possible. In so called dead spots
such as tunnels, in basement garages or similar data transfer might be interrupted. This
effect is due to the general state of the technology.
Please note: For an optimal performance of the programs GPS Explorer Local Edition
and GPS Explorer Web Edition, we recommend a fast internet access, as for example via
DSL. Additionally, you should use the free browser, Mozilla Firefox, if possible. You can
download the current version from the internet for free.
