20. FAQs on Hard- and Software

Case

Answer

How to Reset with the

supplied Stylus?

Remove the cap of the stylus (head) and use this head.

Always protect this head against damages using the cap. Al-

ternatively you can also use e.g. the end of a paper clip.

Do not

press the opening on the front. This would destroy

the built-in microphone.

The external optional

status board does not

respond to your input.

The external optional status board needs a Reset: press the

key combination Blue and Yellow or Down left and Top right

at once.

You have to report the use of your status board to the

GPSoverIP Customer-Service in order to implement the re-

spective settings on the portal.

GPSeye IN1 can not

be switched off.

Even after pressing the On/Off switch for a long time, GPSeye

IN1 does not turn off.

The system is idle and needs a Reset. Press the Reset switch

on the back using the supplied Stylus. The GPSeye IN1 will

restart.

Do not

press the opening on the front. This would destroy

the built-in microphone.
