Case

Answer

No TMC signal.

Connect the supplied TMC antenna with the GPSeye IN1 (refer

to section „

7.3.3 Connection for the optional TMC Antenna

“

on p.

) or leave the current area with an obvious weak signal

field strength.

No connection to the

computer.

Do not establish a data connection to the computer via one of

the USB Master ports, but via the USB 2 port on the back of

GPSeye IN1.

Check the settings on the computer. Note that the USB port

is only available with direct power supply.

Do not use an USB extension if possible, since too long cables

have a negative impact on signal quality.

GPSeye IN1 does not

respond.

Press the power button (right outside) for at least 4 seconds

to turn off GPSeye IN1. Then turn the device on again.

Alternatively use the pen (Stylus) or a bent open paper clip to

press the reset button (back cover).

Do not

press the opening on the front. This woulddestroy the

built-in microphone.
