20.2.1. GPS Explorer Local Edition

Case

Answer

Despite Proxy entry no inter-

net connection.

The GPS Explorer is not compatible with your Firewall.

Contact the GPSoverIP Customer-Servicedirectly to jointly

adjust your Firewall.

Vehicle does not send any

data.

A vehicle suddenly stops sending data, e.g. on the freeway.

Probably the vehicle is in a traffic jam or a parking place.

This is no error. The GPSeye IN1 deactivates data trans-

mission when the vehicle stops and activates the data trans-

mission when it continues to drive.

Wrong temperature values.

The temperature display of the optional temperature mea-

surement is not correct or shows values of low sense.

The temperature sensor is not calibrated. Please let the

temperature sensor be calibrated according to your require-

ments by the GPSoverIP Customer-Service.
