LMP
The date of the last menstrual period must be entered using format yyyy-mm-dd.
Note:
The first day of the last period must be entered.
GA and EDD are calculated automatically after entering the LMP date.
GA (LMP)
Enter the gestational age (weeks and days), LMP and EDD is calculated
automatically.
EDD (LMP)
Enter the estimated date of delivery, LMP and GA is calculated automatically.
Gravida
Enter the patient's history of pregnancies.
Para
Enter the patient's history of live births.
Aborta
Enter the patient's history of abortions.
Gestations
Enter the gestation number (e.g., by twins “2”).
Note:
When entering LMP or GA or EDD the two other input fields will automatically show the
results of calculations, and the next highlighted input field is Gravida.
