Basic Measurements
13.4 Volume
Measurements
There are four methods in which to measure the Volume of structures of different shapes.
1. To measure the volume of an ovoid using three distances (axis).
2. To measure the volume of the ovoid using one distance and ellipse.
3. To measure the volume of a globe using one distance (diameter).
4. To measure the volume in the 3D mode with the 3D MultiPlane method.

measurement. It alternates the control from one cursor to the other.
The distance of the two points is displayed and a new cursor appears.
4. Measure the second distance as above.
5. Press
[
Freeze

again. A new cursor appears.
Note:
If you have scanned the second image in Dual mode previously, you can measure the third
distance within the second image.
6. Perform the measurement of the third distance in the same manner.
Remarks:
•
