13.4 Apportioning the Memory
The working memory stores a total of 20,000 points of track (main and sub) and user data (marks,
lines, etc), and you may apportion this amount between track and user data as desired. The
number of points currently used is shown at the top right corner on the screen.
CAUTION
All existing track, marks, lines, etc. are
erased when the memory is apportioned.
If you require the data, save it to a
floppy disk or memory card before
apportioning the memory.

The default setting is 10,000 points each of track and user data and sub track is 0 points. To
change this setting, for example, 15,000 points of track and 5,000 of user data, do the following:
1. Press [MENU], [0], [7] to display the Setup menu.

Note:
Track memory is divided between main and sub tracks, even if the sub track is not
displayed.
