Procedureforreplacingstones

Disassemble the grinder. Using a suitable tool (such as a screwdriver), release the cover

in hot water with a detergent and let dry out (you can also wash the container S1 in
a dishwasher). Clean knife

with a soft and wet cloth with a little detergent or knife
cleaning procedure: pour about 80 ml of clear water in the container, switch on the
appliance and remove the impurities by several pulses.

Proceed according to Fig. 21. If sealing S4 is worn out or damaged, replace it with a new
one (of a similar type ETA 002800985).

If you wish to remove the dust that is produced during the sharpening operation and which
gathers inside the sharpener. The appliance shake it to remove the dust that may be
present around the opening.
